The Gilded Horse uses the finest 14K Gold and 925 Sterling Silver, in all of our products. Proper care of your gold and silver jewelry will ensure its beauty and longevity for years to come. Solid gold and sterling silver pieces are more durable but still require gentle cleaning and thoughtful storage. Gold plated pieces, on the other hand, require extra care to protect the thin gold layer and preserve their shine. See our Product Care page for more information.

We are happy to offer you free UPS® Ground shipping, on all jewelry orders shipping within the U.S.A.! UPS® Ground delivers to businesses and homes in all 50 States and Puerto Rico. 90% of UPS® Ground packages are delivered in three days or less.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day free return policy for our jewelry, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at customersupport@thegildedhorse.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a pre-paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

For apparel items, please also contact us for any issues with your order and we will work with you to make it right.

I’ve been looking at this necklace for months! When I didn’t win the give away I took advantage of the sale and ordered myself the sterling silver version. The day it arrived there were 2 boxes from the Gilded Horse ?! My husband ordered me the gold one ! So now I have 2 ! I wear one of these every day and it is beautiful and, to me just perfect.

Get the large!

I loved the design and ordered the small, it was too small. But the large is perfect and I love it!

I think the small would be good for a kid (teen maybe) who is horse obsessed. Or if you wear a lot of different necklaces the small would work.
Just my personal opinion.
